William J. Hannon, “Billy”, 73, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2022.
Born in the Bronx, Billy's love for sports started at a young age. From hockey, baseball and football he was an avid fan but most known for his love for the New York Giants. Throughout life Billy enjoyed reading a good book, a round of golf, fishing, especially at the Jersey shore and traveling to new places with the love of his life. A proud graduate from Seton Hall University, Billy had a lifelong career in sales and marketing for various companies.
Beloved husband of 42 years to Patricia (Young) Hannon. Dear brother of Meri Hannon. Loving cousin of Skip Maher, who was like a brother to him. Billy was also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
Billy was pre-deceased by his parents William & Mary Hannon.
A Memorial visitation will be held at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Tuesday, December 20th from 4-6pm, including a prayer service at 5:45pm.
