Wayne M Brown

Wayne M. Brown, 69, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully at his home on January 28, 2023.

Born in Montclair, NJ, Wayne grew up in Florham Park, and then established his life in Sparta, where he owned his own business; Wayne M. Brown Automotive, and ended his career with the Morristown Memorial Hospital as a Parking Attendant.

Wayne's most loved treasure was his family and friends, especially his grandson Jackson.  A few of his favorite hobbies included taking boat trips up the Hudson River, going to the Island Dragway, collecting watches, and traveling the world on his iPad.  Those who knew him, appreciated his colorful sense of humor and passion for sweets. 

He was known by many and loved by even more for his miraculous strength, humor, kindness, and full heart. He will be greatly missed.

Loving father of Susan Brooks and family.  Devoted father of Shelley Brown and cherished grandfather of Jackson Wayne.  Loving son of Sanna Brown.  Dear brother of Lynne Rolsing and her husband Phil.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Wayne was pre-deceased by his father Donald E. Brown, and his siblings Donna Murray and Glenn Brown.

A memorial funeral service will be held at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Florham Park on Saturday, February 4 at 11am.
