Thomas A. Gamba, 49, of Montclair, formerly of West Orange, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2019.
Cherished son of Rosalie Gamba (Nee: Scioscia) and John Gamba, Jr. Beloved brother of Andrea, John Patrick and Andrew. Loving uncle of Cameron, Shayna and Jizelle. Godchild of Joanne Mc Cann. He is also survived by many dear Aunts, Uncles and many cousins.
Thomas was a Parochial School Scholar, attended Seton Hall Preparatory School, and played on the Wrestling Team, winning multiple tournaments for “The Hall”. He enjoyed football and was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan. Thomas was a US Veteran serving in the Army National Guard. He always had a smile for everyone and loved to laugh.
He liked to be called “Tommy” by his friends and family. He also liked to speak Italian, eat Italian food and especially enjoyed his mom’s cooking. Tommy will always be remembered for his kind and loving heart and his deep devotion and love for his family.
Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park on Sunday from 1-5pm. Funeral on Monday assembling at the funeral home at 10am followed by the funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover at 11am. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
