Theresa J. Granato (D’Elia), 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 16, 2019. Theresa was born and raised in Newark and lived most of her life in East Orange. She worked many years as an Executive Secretary for the Motor Club of America Insurance Company in Newark.

Beloved wife of 70 years to Salvatore J. Granato. Devoted mother of Susan and her husband Anthony. Cherished grandmother of Michael and Thomas. Proud great-grandmother of Chloe, Michael, Angelo and Olivia.

Funeral services held privately. Donations can be made in Theresa’s memory to your favorite charity.
