GRANDMOTHER OF 7, GREAT-GRANDMOTHER OF 10, PROUD OF HER IRISH ROOTS
Rose M. Pace (Cavanagh), 98, FORMERLY OF Maplewood & Toms River, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2020. Rose retired in 1987 from the U.S and Overseas Agency in Union. She was the past president of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Regina Pacis Council No. 4066 in Newark and active with the Rosary Society.
Devoted mother of Nancy Reeves, her husband Paul, Rick Pace, his wife Carol, James Pace and his wife Irma. Cherished grandmother of Chris, his wife Erin, Elizabeth, her husband Jon, and Tim, Kimberly, her husband Eric, Stephanie and her husband Anthony, Danielle, her husband Dave, and Melanie. Proud great-grandmother of Caroline, Ben, Alex, Ethan, Finn, Ava, Dylan, Henry, Natalie and Owen. She is pre-deceased by her beloved husband of 71 years, Frank A. Pace, and her siblings James and Bernard Cavanagh.
Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral on Tuesday assembling at the funeral home at 9am followed by the funeral mass at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church in Cedar Knolls at 10am. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
