Nellie S White

Nellie Santini White, 91, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully at her home on March 25, 2024.

Nellie proudly worked as a Guidance Counselor with the Newark Board of Education for over 50 years.  She adored children, and was proud to educate them.  She also enjoyed gardening.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Cherished grandmother of Richard Dennis Petersen and his wife Lauren.  Proud great-grandmother of Emily and Julia Petersen. Nellie was pre-deceased by her husband James Petersen and her daughter Angela White Petersen.

A committal prayer service and entombment will be held at the Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum in East Hanover on Thursday at 9:30am.
