Natalie Cramp Obituary

Natalie D. Cramp, 82, of East Hanover, N.J., passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024.

Natalie was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in New Jersey. In 1967, she married the love of her life, David S. Cramp and they made their home in East Hanover. While raising two beautiful daughters, Natalie earned a degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson College in Madison, NJ.

Natalie loved the arts, theater, music and dancing. From Elvis and Sinatra to disco, show tunes, Fleetwood Mac and the Rolling Stones, she enjoyed them all. Natalie loved to dance to the Bee Gee’s ‘Stayin’ Alive,” which was also her life mantra.

She was a passionate student of history and an avid follower of politics. Her love of animals was immense. She lived her life with enthusiasm, liked to travel and loved New York City. Natalie had an innate kindness which made everyone feel welcomed and cared for, which was a gift for all who met her. And Natalie absolutely loved the color pink and Italian pastries!

Natalie was pre-deceased by her husband, The Honorable David S. Cramp, her parents Natale and Aurelia DiMassimo, and her brother Donald DiMassimo. Natalie is survived by her loving children, Lisa M. Cramp, Gina Zapata-Miks (Ron Miks), her dear brother Robert DiMassimo & his wife, Celia DiMassimo, her sister-in law, Maria Marino DiMassimo, nieces and nephews Mark DiMassimo, Maria DiMassimo, Cara DiMassimo and Adam DiMassimo. She is also survived by her grand dogs, Willie Nelson and Oscar.
