Michael J Bendick

Michael J. Bendick, 92, U.S Navy WWII Veteran, of Florham Park and formerly of Jersey City, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2019.  Michael was a member of various traffic clubs, President of the Delta New Alpha Fraternity, and Commander & Finance Officer of Lafayette Post #33 since their inception in 1947. 

Cherished brother of Mary and Elizabeth Bendick.  Also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends. 

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park on Wednesday from 3-7pm.  Funeral on Thursday assembling at the funeral home at 9:30am followed by the funeral mass at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Jersey City at 11am.  Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in N. Arlington. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church.
