Mary Brown Obituary

 Mary M. Brown, 96, formerly of Florham Park, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025.

Mary was born May 12, 1929 in Orange, NJ. She attended Our Lady of the Valley high school; worked at Automatic Switch Co. where she met her future husband, Bill. They married in September '52 and moved to Florham Park in 1960 to raise their family. They always vacationed at the Jersey shore and eventually purchased a home in Seacrest Beach which they enjoyed for many years.  Mary was happiest when surrounded by her loving family or watching TCM movies.

Devoted mother of Sharon Reich, William M. Brown, Jr., and Susan Zimmermann (Buddy).  Cherished grandmother of Kristen, Jaime, and Lauren; Meghan, Kaitlin, Shannon, Shawn, and Brian.  Proud great-grandmother of Isla and Liam as well as Liam and Zoey.

Mary was pre-deceased by her husband of 58 years, William M.; her grandson Billy; her siblings Len, Grace, and Frank; and her parents Joseph and Mary Ford.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Friday, September 19th from 9:30-11am, followed by the funeral mass at Holy Family Church in Florham Park at 11:30am.  Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
