Lois Mullin, 86, of Budd Lake, NJ, died peacefully with her family at her side on Sunday, January 26, 2020. Born Lois Jean Hunter in Linden, NJ, Lois was the loving wife of Richard A. Mullin, who preceded her in March of 1981. Devoted, in fact heroic mother of Richard, his wife Maureen, Patricia, her husband Scott, Jennifer and her husband Pat. Adored grandmother of Emily, Marguerite, Lydia, Kimberly, Alexander, Abigail and Matthew. Dear sister of John Stuart Hunter. Loving aunt of Jean, Anne and William.
Lois was loved by all who knew her, in particular the members of her Crafty Ladies Club, her old neighbors on Cutter Drive in East Hanover, members of the Rosary Club of St. Rose of Lima Church, the friends of her children, and the many healthcare professionals who cared for her in the last eight weeks of her life. Lois’s sweetness and light will not pass from this world.
Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Funeral on Thursday assembling at the funeral home at 8:45am followed by the funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover at 9:45am. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
