John A. Castellano, 75, of East Hanover, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Aside from his family his other love was Gianni’s Customer Clothier men’s store, it wasn’t a job but nothing other than pure enjoyment. He was an avid movie watcher, loved the beach and cherished his gun collection. He truly loved his Sunday dinners with his children and grandchildren and day trips to NYC. Johnny was the ultimate “prankster” and we will miss him terribly.
Devoted father of John P. “Junior” Castellano, Nicholas J. Castellano “Nicky boy”, Gina Castellano “Gene” and Daniela Grace DePalma. Beloved husband of Marea DePalma. Cherished grandfather of Gianna Chanel and Milan Michaela. Dear brother of Nick Castellano, his wife Deidre, Fred Castellano and his wife Gabriella. Loving uncle of Gia, Colette and Nick Jr., Jenna, Freddy, Julia Rose and Valentino and his beloved companion, Gigi.
John was pre-deceased by his wife Joan Castellano, his son Michael S. Castellano, and his parents Fred and Elvira Castellano.
