Joanne P. Glodek

Joanne P. Glodek (Liberato), 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving sons on April 22, 2022. She was born in Summit, New Jersey before moving to East Hanover. Joanne lived a full and rewarding life devoted to her family and friends.  She was also deeply involved with her community, and volunteered for over 10 years to the PAL (while her children played organized sports).  She especially enjoyed spending her summers at the Jersey Shore, making everyone feel like her home was their own.  Joanne has left us all with many fond memories…she will be truly missed. 

Devoted mother of Joseph S. Glodek, his wife Caroline, Gregory Glodek, his wife Karen, and Kevin Glodek.  Cherished grandmother of Kylie & Ella, Olivia, Skyler & Gregory.  Dear sister of Frank Liberato, his wife Dolores, the late Salvatore Liberato and his wife Dottie.  Loving daughter of the lates John & Fannie Liberato.  Dear friend and former spouse of Joseph W. Glodek.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Monday from 3-8pm. Funeral on Tuesday assembling at the funeral home at 9:30am followed by the funeral mass at St. Teresa’s Church in Summit at 10:45am. Interment at St. Teresa’s Cemetery in Summit.
