Jeanette Orsini (DelTufo), 95, of Belleville, beloved wife of the late James Orsini, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 19, 2020.
Born June 17, 1925 in Newark, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Grace Del Tufo. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be truly missed by all. Family was everything to her. She loved cooking and entertaining family and friends. She was very fashionable and her favorite pastime was shopping and Atlantic City. She was the ultimate stylist and fashionista. More than anything, she loved the time that she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was the true matriarch of the Orsini family.
She is survived by her five children, Dr. James Orsini, his wife Marie, Ronald Orsini, his wife Dona, Patricia Farina, her husband John, Janis LaValle, her husband Joe, Denise Johnstone, her husband Glen, and dear sister Grace Napolitano. She has 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and dear friends.
Jeanette is pre-deceased by her siblings Rose Pignatore, Daniel DelTufo, Josephine Ringi, Les DelTufo, and Dr. Michael DelTufo.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and to eliminate exposure levels of those they love, the funeral services will be private.
