Inge Pironti / June 21, 1941 – April 26, 2025
Inge Pironti, a cherished resident of East Hanover, NJ, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, enveloped by the love of her family. She was 83.
Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, on June 21, 1941, to Agda and Einar Larsen, Inge’s warmth and grace defined her life. In 1959, she married her soulmate, Bennett Pironti, and together they embarked on a new chapter in the United States. For over six decades, East Hanover was her home, where she raised her family and wove herself into the fabric of the community. A devoted member of Saint Rose of Lima Church, Inge’s steadfast presence in her “reserved” Sunday pew seat was a testament to her faith.
In her 40s, Inge launched a remarkable career at Macy’s, rising to become one of Clarins Cosmetics’ top sales consultants for over 30 years. Her radiant smile, genuine kindness, and heartfelt connections endeared her to customers and colleagues alike.
Above all, Inge’s heart belonged to her family. She was a devoted mother to Inge Marie (Jim) of Glen Mills, PA, Bennett (Denise) of Long Valley, NJ, and Evan (Veronica) of East Hanover, NJ, and a doting grandmother to Skyler and Kyle. Her unconditional love and nurturing spirit created a legacy of deep familial bonds.
Inge was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bennett, her parents, Agda and Einar, and her brother and sister-in-law, Henning and Birgit Larsen. She is also survived by her cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends across the United States, Denmark, and Sweden, all deeply touched by her boundless generosity and radiant spirit.
Inge’s life was a beacon of love, kindness, and connection. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those fortunate to know her. She will be profoundly missed but forever cherished.
Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park, on Thursday, May 1st from 4-7pm. Funeral on Friday, assembling at the funeral home at 9am, followed by the funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in E. Hanover at 10am. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
