George Delvescovo Obituary

George Orlando Delvescovo, 64, of East Hanover, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

George was born and raised in East Hanover. He carried many fond memories and friends with him through the years of growing up and raising his own children in town.

George was a hard worker, dedicated to his career at National Building Supply. He enjoyed the many co-workers and customers that became friends over the years.

His greatest passion was his three children and their lives, food and dogs. Spending a relaxing day on the beach or the boat, a good drink and good music. He loved to have a good time, a good laugh and a good meal all shared with good people.

George truly enjoyed the simple things in life and will be deeply missed by so many.

Devoted father of Danielle Delvescovo, her husband Vinny, Antonio Delvescovo, his fiancé Brittany, and Georgianna Delvescovo.  Dear brother of Gina Harris, Marie Valentino and Nancy Colucci.  Also survived by his former spouses Janice Carrubba, Valerie Delvescovo, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Donations can be made in George’s name to Shriners Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA by visiting: https://www.shrinerschildrens.org/en/locations/philadelphia
