Florence R Mueller

Mueller, Florence Regina (Allen), age 89, of Florham Park, NJ passed away on September 4, 2021, after a long illness.  She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Charles, their two children Rick Mueller and his wife Monique, of Fair Lawn, NJ and Cheryl Simpson of Windermere, FL; her nephew Glenn Allen; as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Florence was predeceased by her brother Ted Allen and her sister Dolores Osborn. 

Born in Newton, NJ, Florence lived her entire adult life in the house she and Charles built in Florham Park.   She was a manager at New Jersey Bell Telephone, stepping down to raise their children.  Later, she graduated from Morristown School of Nursing with honors and served as a nurse at both Morristown Memorial Hospital and Summit Medical Group.

Florence was one of the original volunteers of the Florham Park First Aid Squad and was a long-time member of the Lavallette Yacht Club and the Eaglewood Golf and Country Club. 

At her request, there will be a private burial for immediate family only.
