Elizabeth (Vanore) Negrin of Monroe, NY was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. Liz passed away on August 1, 2021, at age 48, after a brief illness, surrounded by her close family.
Liz was known for her good humor and infectious laugh. She deeply cherished spending time with her immediate and extended family, as well as with her friends.
A graduate of Suffern High School in NY, Liz also attended Eastwick College in NJ where she trained as a medical secretary and ultrasound technician. She worked for Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ as a unit secretary and advanced to a patient care technician. Liz was also a trained phlebotomist, in addition to volunteering as a certified Emergency Medical Technician in Ramapo Valley.
Liz leaves behind her beloved children Anthony, Isabella and Gabriella, her parents Peg and John Vanore of Lakewood, NJ, and sister Michele Chazen, husband Jon and their son Jackson of New City, NY, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom were blessed to have her in their lives.
A visitation will be held at Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave, Florham Park, NJ on Friday, Aug 6th from 4-8p.m. Funeral mass on Saturday, August 7th, at St Rose of Lima Church, 312 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover at 11a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover.
Due to COVID safety concerns, the family prefers for visitors to wear facial covering.
