Bina was predeceased by her husband Hilton Otero, her daughter Joan Otero, Angelo and Catherine Restaino, Pat Restaino and Marie Restaino Ianetti.
Bina is survived by her son John Hilton Otero and his wife Lisa, her grandchildren Andrew and Alexis and her great grandson Lucas.
