Ciro Davino

Ciro “Jerry” Davino, 76, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2021.  Jerry was born and raised in Italy before residing in Union for many years and lastly East Hanover.  He worked as a Chef his entire life and was best know for his amazing cheesecake.  He will be missed by all whom knew him.

Beloved husband of 50 years to Laura (Mennella) Davino.  Devoted father of Gaetano “Tommy” Davino, his wife Anna, Michelina “Mickey” Davino, and Joseph Davino.  Cherished grandfather of his princess Olivia and his buddy Marco.  Jerry was also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 

Jerry was pre-deceased by his parents Matilde and Gaetano and his siblings Michelina, Salvatore and Gennaro. 

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Monday from 4-8pm.  Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and capacity limitations, visitors are asked to pay their respects and then exit in order to allow others to enter the building.  Masks are required and all are to practice social distancing. 

The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, 11am at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover, followed by the interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  Those not able to attend can view the funeral mass virtually by visiting: https://saintroseoflimachurch.org/.
