Anne M. Porzio (Ferrera), 77, of East Hanover, formerly of W. Caldwell, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2021. Anne worked many years as a Travel Agent. She was a member of the Westlake Book Club, loved to play golf, a fan of the Alabama Roll Tide, and enjoyed planting, painting and D.I.Y projects. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Beloved wife of 54 years to the late Vincent S. Porzio. Devoted mother of Denise Denunzio, her husband Mark, Dawn Driggs, Tracy Martorelli, her husband Michael, Vincent Porzio and his wife Margarita. Cherished grandmother of Samantha, Amanda, Alyssa, Krystina, Alexis, Matthew, Ashley, Mariana, Angela and Cristina. Dear sister of Geo Ferrera. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Anne is pre-deceased by her parents Cesido & Assunta Ferrera and her brothers Tony & Enrico Ferrera.
In celebration of both Anne & Vincent’s life, A memorial visitation will be held at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc, 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Saturday, January 16th from 1-3pm, followed by a memorial mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover at 3:45pm. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and capacity limitations, visitors are asked to pay their respects and then exit, in effort for others to enter the building. Masks are required and social distancing should be practiced whenever possible.
