Richard J. Phillips, "Richie", 62, of East Hanover, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on August 8, 2020.  Richie worked as a welder with Interstate Waste for many years.

Beloved husband of 11 years to Rose F. Phillips (Fioretti).  Loving step-father of Dana Spagnuolo, Ernest Spagnuolo, his wife Stacey, Robert Spagnuolo and his wife Chrissie.  Cherished grandfather of Charlie, Alex, Leo, Jack & Stella.  Dear brother of Robert Phillips, his wife Lorraine, Edward Phillips, his wife Karen, William Phillips and his wife Lisa.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.  He is pre-deceased by his parents George & Onalee Phillips.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park on Friday, August 14th from 3-6pm.  A repast will follow at the Hanover Manor in East Hanover.
