Michael J. Finaldi, 73, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully at his home on July 1, 2021.

Michael originally grew up in Vailsburg, Newark and moved to Union Township for Highschool.  Michael retired after a long career starting in New Jersey Bell Company and then opening his own telecommunications business, Tele-Solutions Inc.  He subsequently had his children, Damon, Vincent & Cara take over the family business, which is now known as Tele-Cloud.  Michael was a hard-working man who provided a beautiful life for his family.  He also proudly served in the Army National Guard.

Michael lived a full and rewarding life devoted to God and his family.  He loved golf and was an active member of Brooklake Country Club, where he enjoyed many rounds of golf with his friends.  He loved his summers at Lavallette with his family and friends.

Beloved husband of 46 years to Lorraine Finaldi.  Devoted father of Damon Finaldi, his wife Faye, Cara Miscia, her husband John, Vincent Finaldi and his wife Lisa.  Proud grandfather of Matthew, Maria, Dean and Gabe Finaldi, Michael, Gabriella and Gianna Miscia, Leo and Marco Finaldi.  He loved his sister-in-law, Jane, her husband Tyrone, and the Coppola family.  He was also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Michael is pre-deceased by his parents Otto and Angela Finaldi.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc, 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Tuesday from 4-8pm.  The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, 10am at Holy Family Church in Florham Park, followed by the interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
