Marie Victoria Malavarca (Figliuzzi), 93, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2020.  Marie was born in Italy and was a life-long resident of Essex County.  She worked many years as a secretary with the Fireman's Insurance Company in Newark.

Beloved wife of the late Oscar P. Malavarca, Sr.  Devoted mother of Oscar P. Malavara, Jr.  Cherished grandmother of Oscar, his wife Aki, Matthew, his wife Charlene, and Marco.  Proud great-grandmother of Adele.  Also survived by 2 nieces and many dear friends.  Marie was the last surviving of 5 siblings.
