Gilbert J. Mingucci, 72, of Westfield, formerly of Union, passed away on November 24, 2020.  He was the owner/operator of Sunset Trucking, Co. for many years before retiring.

Beloved husband of 49 years to Essie Mingucci (Gonzalez).  Devoted father of Daniel Mingucci, his wife Christina, and Jennifer Mingucci.  Loving grandfather of Maddox Mingucci and Michael Dotro.  He is pre-deceased by his parents Albert & Dorothy Mingucci and his sister Judith Fieramosca.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park on Saturday, November 28th from 2-4pm.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic & Occupancy Limitations, visitors are asked to pay their respects to the family and then immediately exit in order to allow others to come inside the building.  Masks are required and visitors are to practice social distancing whenever possible.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gilbert's name to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org/Diabetes/Donation) or the Surfrider Foundation (www.surfrider.org).
