Carol Fossella

Carol Fossella, 75, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2026.

In the eyes of everyone who knew her, she was a beautiful soul, both inside and out. She loved fiercely and passionately, was the epitome of inner strength, and made everyone she encountered feel valued and special.

Nothing gave her greater joy in life than being a loving and doting mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren who were so lucky to be loved by her. 

Beloved wife of 53 years to Frank Fossella. Devoted mother of Michael Fossella, David Fossella, his wife Samantha, Leigh Ann Carbone and her husband Carmen. Cherished grandmother of Violet, Julian and Benjamin, John and Noelle. Dear sister of Ronald Bisaccia and his wife Michele. Also survived by her sister-in-law Theresa Bisaccia, and many loving in-law’s, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Carol was pre-deceased by her parents Emil and Lydia Bisaccia, and her brother Emil Bisaccia.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Thursday, October 8th from 4-7pm. Funeral on Friday, October 9th, assembling at the funeral home at 9:30am, followed by the funeral mass at Holy Family Church in Florham Park at 10:30am. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol’s name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
