Barbara E. Horvath, 88, long-time resident of East Hanover, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2022.

Longtime member of Calvary Evangelical Free Church in Essex Fells where she devoted herself to teaching a women's bible study for many years. Joyfully shared her love of Jesus and scripture continually throughout her life.

Devoted mother of Nancy Matthews, her husband Robert, Steven D. Horvath and his wife Kelly. Cherished grandmother of Tara, Alyssa, Jessica, Brittany and David. Proud great-grandmother of Julian and Viviana.

Barbara was pre-deceased by her husband Donald F. Horvath and her sister Florence Roome.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Parkon Thursday from 2-5pm, immediately followed by a prayer service at the funeral home.
