Anthony Sarno, of East Hanover, formerly of Newark, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on October 1, 2020.  Anthony was a US Airforce Veteran during the Korean Conflict.  He enjoyed spending summers at the shore, making Sunday gravy, and spending quality time with his family.  He fiercely loved his family and was a strong independent role model whom always offered them support and encouragement.

Beloved husband of 62 years to the late Margaret (Dellanno) Sarno.  Devoted father of Debra Cicchetti, her husband Domenic, Patricia Ariante, her husband Louis, and Anthony Sarno Jr.  Loving grandfather of Sarah Kulik, her husband Matt, Christopher and Michael Ariante.  Cherished great-grandfather of Kaylee, Leah and Everly.  Anthony was the last surviving of 4 siblings.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Monday, October 5th from 9:30 – 11am followed by the funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover at 11:30am.  Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Bloomfield.
