Obituary

Ann M. Jordan, 96 of Parsippany NJ, formally of Nutley/Belleville NJ passed away peacefully on Sept 4th, 2021.

Ann was predeceased by her husband Frank M. Jordan as well as by her parents Maria and Santo Di Blasio, and her beloved brother and sister John DiBlasio and Connie Pascucci.  She is survived by her three children, Lynda Bartell of Charlotte, NC,  Maryann Salsano of Ledgewood NJ, and Anthony Jordan of Tannersville, PA. and his wife Joanne.

She is also survived by nine beloved grandchildren,  Annie and David Cotugno, Joseph Caccholi and Marilyn Sandoval, Lisa and Michael Nazzaretto, Christine and Michael Aiken, Linda Bartell, Vincent Bartell and Lindsey Davenport, Joanne and Christopher Beck, Erica and Michael Ferraro, and Mark Jordan.  She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, Annabella and Gianna Cotugno, Matthew Caccholi, Nicholas, Joseph and Mia Nazzaretto, Juliette and Noelle Aiken, and Liana Beck.

Ann enjoyed a successful career with Prudential Insurance Company as a Transaction Examiner with the Actuarial Finance Division. Upon retiring at 62, Ann embarked on another career with Holy Family Parish in Nutley. She taught CCD there for the following 18 years and was a well-recognized member of the parish community.

In her later years, Ann devoted much of her time to her family and friends. She was a resident of Nutley Parkside Apartments for 25 years. In that time, she made many friends, and was an active participant in all their events. She routinely submitted poetry for their newsletter and recipes for which she won honorable mention.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.  We were blessed to have her.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home, Inc., 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Saturday from 9-11am, immediately followed by a prayer service at 11am.  Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.

The family is requesting that everyone in attendance at the viewing wear a facemask.
