We were saddened to learn in the Star Ledger yesterday of Pats passing. Our condolences to Pat and his family. How did we know him? We first met him 24 years ago when he worked for Baker Firestone and he was responsible for the walk through of our new townhouse at Eden Lane 24 years ago. He helped us correct some of the issues with our townhouse at that time. We lost touch with him over the last but never forgot him and his caring and thoughtful way in helping people like us to meet our dream house. He touched many of us and although we have not seen him for the last 22 years we remembered him. Our prayers and condolences to his family. We ask God to lift up Pat and his family by praying, Good morning Lord, What are you up to this morning, We want to be a part of it. We are expecting a miracle. God Bless.

In Loving Memory of Pat, who was by all accounts one of the Greatest Neighbors a girl from Newark could have. Imagine buying a home and just moving in... and 5 days later the first snow storm of the season hits... there I was outside around midnight shoveling my driveway trying to keep up with the storm...and without knowing me, Pat appeared with his snow thrower ready to help. He said "Hi, I see you're up too!"... and there in began a friendship. Kind and generous... always with a smile and a funny joke. He loved his garden and shared everything he grew and how he grew it ! A wise man with a giant heart... you will be greatly missed my dear friend.

Our sincere condolences to the LaBracio Family. Pat was a wonderful neighbor and friend who always lent a hand. When walking our dogs, Pat always greeted us with a smile and good conversation. My dogs loved him too….he always greeted them with treats!
May you always hold fond memories of his life with you. He will be missed.
