My thoughts and prayers with all the family. Maria was my favorite patient and I was lucky to call her my friend. She always greeted me with a big smile and genuine interest in my life, even when I knew she wasn't feeling well. We always had a delightful conversation, she never complained. Her faith was so deep and she had no fear of dying. She loved her family more than anything, her sweet kitty, chocolate and the simple joys in life. I know she was anxious to see her dear daughter Marie and her beloved husband John. I will miss her deeply and I know all that knew her will too, she was so easy to Love, and I know she is looking down at us all smiling, her heart full of love!
