George A. Caruso, 91, of Florham Park passed away on October 23, 2017.

He was a former employee of Lionel in Hillside NJ and Western Electric in Newark NJ as a Methods Manager.

George served in the United States Marine Corps during WW II in The Battle of Sugar Loaf Hill of Okinawa where he received a Purple Heart.

Beloved husband of 70 years to the late Betty (Coates). Dear brother of Anna Lewis and the lates Stella Ventola, Frank Caruso, Vito Caruso and Paul Caruso. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave. Florham Park on Monday from 3:30- 7:30 pm.  On Tuesday a committal service will take place at 11:30 am at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover NJ.
