I had a dream about Connie-curiously I googled her name-I wish I had known sooner (but that's the way dreams are) Connie was a special friend from college and on-although in recent years we had not kept in touch. My special condolences to her sisters-Dolores ,Lucille, Antoinette & and brother Frank Jr., and her husband Al, ALSO TO STACEY AND GRANDCHILDREN who I know were the joy of her life.

To Al & the entire DeCato family,
I am so sorry to hear of Connie's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy and heart felt thoughts.
Connie & I joined the Does in 1983. We were installed together and bonded as sister DOES immediately. Connie was a dedicated member always and enjoyed helping the organization in any way she could. The world was a better place because of her.
May the comfort of friends &family be your strength now & in the days ahead.

Al:
When words are needed the most there are no words that I can express my love and feeling for Connie, she was so special to me, I am Handicapped myself and no longer walk by myself due to a stroke I had.
As a member of the Does from Essex Drove #251 she love helping me with the Cards to save them and send them to Grand Lodge so he Handicapped Children could make new cards to keep their lives busy.
My heart aches for the lose of my dear Friend and special Last.
As for you Al you were a special Husband to her, you went out of your way to please her and never left your sight that made her so happy and live at that home with her every day.
Connie life was never measured by her years but her love and kindly deeds.
Connie was a gift of Friend to me and I will never forget her.
My Deepest Sympathy, out of love to you Al. Jennie

Jennie,

Thank you so much for the memories of Mom that you shared. She was really dedicated to collecting the cards and always thinking of others even with everything she was dealing with herself. It just shows how special she was and how dearly missed she will be.

I am so sorry to hear of your stroke and do hope Mom can send some of her strength to help you. You were such a dear friend to her and I really appreciate that you're keeping Mom alive in thoughts, prayers and memories.
