C. Claire (Albert) Tyrrell

C. Claire Tyrrell, a resident of Palm Coast, Florida for the past 10 years passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 in the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. She was born in Orange NJ, August 12, 1928 a daughter of the late Anthony and Cecilia O’Brien Albert. Claire raised her family in Florham Park NJ where she lived prior to moving to Palm Coast. She worked at the Morris County Department on Aging and Booz-Allen Hamilton. A former member of the VFW Auxiliary, Mrs. Tyrrell enjoyed writing, jewelry design, and horseback riding earlier in her life. Claire loved her pets and always had room to shelter and foster another stray. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur, a son Elliott and a daughter Connie Ball. Surviving are her son Arthur Tyrrell Jr. three grandchildren Vanessa, Olivia and Thomas and a great granddaughter, Audrina Claire Atkison.

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave. Florham Park on Monday, August 20th from 10-11:30am followed by the committal service and interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
