We were stunned and very saddened to hear the news of Stephen's death. Steve impressed us the very first time he came to our home to service our golf cart. He was smart and personable and he knew his business well. What a terrible loss to his family and to those fortunate to have known him. We send our condolences to Karl and his family... We are so sorry to hear about Stephen. We first met Stephen when his dad brought him to our house to help him fix our golf cart, he was about 10 or 11 years old. He did a great job and it was so cute, we gave Stephen a nice tip for a job well done. This is such a tragedy, there is no pain worse than losing a child. RIP Stephen, you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,

Stephen was an important part of all of his friends lives down here in Florida. Easy going, funny, and almost always in a great mood, he quickly became a staple in our every day lives. He was always the first one there for anyone when they were upset or if they needed someone to talk to. He always wanted to help. It's so hard to believe that he's actually no longer with us, we all miss him terribly. We'll never forget you, Stephen.

Dear Karl and Family,
Stephen worked on my cart a few times and I was so impressed with his expertise and professionalism and his easy going personality! The news of this terrible tragedy shocked me to the core. I can't imagine what you are going through, but I do want to tell you that you all are in my prayers and thoughts. If there were a way to help alleviate your pain, i would surely do that, but I hope the messages and thoughts that so many people are sharing with you will bring you some kind of peace and comfort. I am so glad I was fortunate enough to meet and laugh with your amazing son!
