Kevin H. Kluge, 54, passed away on May 26, 2012. Resident of Florham Park since 1991, formerly of Union City and North Bergen. Kevin was a US Marine and Field Engineer for Hewlett Packard. Beloved husband of 22 years to Maria (nee: Martinelli). Devoted father of Jason and Jessica Kluge. Dear brother of Karen Knipping and her husband Ken. Also several loving nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park on Tuesday from 1-5pm. Funeral on Wednesday assembling at the funeral home at 10am followed by a mass at Holy Family Church, 1 Lloyd Avenue, Florham Park at 11am. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.

Kevin''s passing came as a complete shock to me when I found out late last night. I have known him for almost ten years, and came to like and respect him soon after our meeting. While I may have only lost a friend, the unbearable grief to have lost your father, husband, best friend, can only be offset by the joy, memories, and lifelong happiness that you all shared together. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss, and our loss.

dear maria, jason and jessica
i am very sorry to hear of your loss. having toe my cousin henny and now kevin is a tragedy for you three and for the entire family. maria both my late wife carol and myself fell in love with you at our first and ensuing meetings. i know you and kevin shared a special love. jason and jessica you have to build on shared memories and happy times with your dad and set your goals that will please him and your mother. it is easy to express words at a time like this but remember the good times. my daughter and her 15 yr old twins ans her 11 yr old lost their dad to an auto accident 2 months back and time is beginning to heal. all 4 of you are in my prayers cousin jack mcgrath succasunna nj

To Kevin's family--
I knew Kevin when we were children in Union City-his family lived about 1/2 block away from mine. Although they moved away when we were about 10, I remember that he was a nice boy, and a lot of fun. It sounds like he grew to be a wonderful man. I am so sorry for your loss..
