All iknow it's been a very bad a terrible couple past of months for me. I feel so bad for you all. I sure do miss my  Florham park days. I will never forget you all. I loved living in Florham park. always felt safe there. Unlike Freehold township. Thank-god for Mrs. Wilson. She had told me on facebook. I'm in such shock. It is hard to believe Bill has passed away...  He was quite the man!  So strong-willed, self-assured and determined to succeed in building his business no matter what.  He and Louise worked through the rought times.

Bill was quite humorous and could be very funny.  He also had a very sensitive side to him.  I remember how sentimental he would get whenever we discussed 1968 when he and Louise started the disposal business and they moved next door to us on Blaine Street in Millburn.  We both rented apartments in a Duplex house.  We shared the back yard.  We had many BBQ parties.  Whenever we both had company, we joined our tables and food together, as well as our guests.  Louise's parents, Rosie & Tony would drive in from Brooklyn almost every week-end, loaded with Italian dishes Rosie made.  Of course Rosie always made Bill's favorites, which he loved.

Bill loved family gatherings.  He had such fun teasing Louise's uncles.  He was humorous and loving.  Bill adored his wife, Louise, and nick-named her as his " gypsy."  She was the foundation his success was built on.  He was so devoted to his children and worked hard to provide well for them.

Although Bill was proud of his achievements and success in business, he never forgot his humble beginnings and the O'Neill family being a part of it.
Our love to to the Pryer family.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Louise, Linda, Anthony, Billy, Michael, Bobby & Grandchildren,

Our hearts are broken.  We loved him so much and Uncle Art is welcoming him home with open arms.  They are with the Lord who has given them eternal light and peace, fishing poles, and golf clubs!  They're laughing at us for crying.

Billy was one of the greatest guys we've ever known. Handsome, generous, a true gentlemen, and a comedian with a perpetual smile on his face.  He always kept us laughing and was the life of every party and gathering. Everyone who knew him, loved him. We celebrate his life here with us on Earth as the Lord is celebrating him on his final journey home.

He will truly be missed and will remain in our hearts forever.

May God bless you all at this hard time.
We love you all!

Aunt Carmel, Lynne & Tom

What a loss to everyone!  Everytime I saw Bill he would give me a big smile.  I've known your family since I moved here since your Bobby and mine went to school together and I worked at Ridgedale.  I won't be able to attend the wake since I broke my toes and sprained my knee but I'm with you in thought.  Stay strong, Louise!!!
