William E. Pryer, Jr, 75, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on October 14, 2013. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to NJ in 1968. William was a USMC veteran and the owner of Bill Pryer Private Disposal, LLC for 46 years. He also was a member of the VFW, Elks, American Legion, and the Florham Park Volunteer Fire Department.  Beloved husband of 54 years to Louise (Bace).  Devoted father of Linda Padula, her husband Michael, Anthony Pryer , William Pryer, his wife Tracy, Michael Pryer, his wife Paula, and Robert Pryer.  Loving grandfather of William, Angela & Anthony Pryer, Joseph & Ann Marie Covello, Daniel & Alison Padula, Zachary, Christopher, Francis, Nicholas & Danielle Pryer, Robert & Brittany Pryer.  Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave. Florham  Park on Thursday from 7-9pm and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.  Funeral on Saturday assembling at 8:30am followed by a mass at Holy Family Church in Florham Park at 9:30am.  Entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.  In lieu of flowers,
