My condolences to their family, on the passing of Sam and Angela.
My mother (Fay) worked for Sam for years at the deli. I have fond memories of both Sam and Angela, from the time I was a child. They were both very nice people.

So sorry to hear that Sam Passed away. My childhood is full of such fond memories of Sam and his wife. My Aunt Faye used to work for him for years at Lombardi's. My father was close with him and we were always in his store on Irvington Avenue. He was such a nice man. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Uncle Sam's passing. He was a great man and a significant influence for the family to be close and peaceful with each other. He was so proud of his children and always boasted about grandson Max. I will miss him a great deal, especially the family email updates. Sincerely, Frank & Ruth Curtachio

Sam, you will be missed by more people than you could ever imagine. Always a gentleman and the most dependable person I have ever met. I am grateful to have gotten to know you and will remember you always. Dance with Angela my dear friend.
