Lucille Grassia Iannelli, 80, entered into eternal peace on March 18, 2018, in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Lucille was born on January 12, 1938, in Newark, NJ and graduated from West Side High School in 1956. She married the love of her life, the late Ronald Iannelli, in September 1959 and they enjoyed 33 years together, often working beside each other and traveling to many beautiful places. Together they operated Ron’s Hair Design in Mendham, NJ from 1981-1992. Lucille continued the business for almost 15 years after Ron’s passing before she retired and then moved to Manahawkin, NJ and then Port St. Lucie, FL for the past two years. Lucille, a loving soul with a generous heart and devotion to her family and friends, wanted others to know that “it’s important to love.”
Lucille was predeceased by her mother Mary Biondi Scaglione, sister Rosemarie and her husband Salvatore Marconi, brother Vincent Grassia and brother-in-law Anthony Iannelli.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her three daughters, Lisa Iannelli (Port St. Lucie, FL) and her husband Robert Ferraro, Maria Moro (Port St. Lucie, FL) and her husband Danny McBride, and Gina Iannelli Gibbons (Columbus, NJ) and her husband Doug Gibbons; six loving grandchildren Louis, Natasha, Alexis, Suzan, Julia and Cara; great-grandson Louis; sisters-in-law Sandra Grassia and Rose Marie Iannelli and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
