Dear Valerie, Ronnie, Kathy, Peter and Lou's dear Grandchildren,
My heartfelt sympathies to you all at this time of Lou's passing unto God.
Ever since hearing of his death, i have held Lou very much in my daily prayers, and last Saturday in a mass I celebrated here I mentioned Lou's name aloud among those we were commending to God in a special way.
I truly am sorry that I was not able to celebrate his funeral mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. My current address here in Pompano Beach makes it difficult for me to be physically close to my friends in NJ in times such as this.
I have grateful memories of Lou, first of all as a prayerful man at home and in his parish church, always a gentleman, his goodness and generosity, his friendship and his loving spirit,enjoying the simple things, the fun we had on his fishing boat at Cape Coral, and his devotion to all of you and to his late beloved wife Helen. Remember the Good times! The torch is past. Honor his memory by participating in life as he did with all his heart.
In the words of Saint Monica, Remember his soul at the table of the Lord.
I promise to remember Lou in my litany of prayers in the coming month.
May God welcome him into the fullness of life with all the saints. May he mow be rewarded with the peace of his Lord, Jesus Christ our Savior.

Kathi-Peter-Ronnie. I am deeply sorry to learn of Lou's passing. What a great man he was! Always enjoyable to be with him at the functions. May he now Rest In Peace. My prayers are for all of you. 😢
