I think I,m responding to the Lou fernicola who was from downeck Newark,NJ if so I remember Lou as the very kind drug consular in the Essex county jail in the 1960's. He was caring and very helpful to us kids, I was one of the first inmates who entered the drug rehab program. Thanks for Lou I.m now a 74 year old grandfather and. Successful business owner,.
