Donald F. Horvath, 85, long-time resident of East Hanover, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2017.  Donald was a US Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict and worked 46 years with GM in Linden prior to enjoying a 20 year retirement.  He was a member of the Old Guard in Caldwell and multiple bowling leagues.  Donald enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Beloved husband of 60 wonderful years to Barbara E. Horvath (Pavey).  Devoted father of Nancy Matthews, her husband Robert, Steven D. Horvath and his wife Kelly.  Cherished grandfather of Tara, Alyssa and Jessica, Brittany and David.  Loving great-grandfather of Julian and Viviana. 

Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave. Florham Park on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.  Funeral on Saturday assembling at 10am followed by a service at the funeral home at 11am.
