Alice M. Dickert (Tierney), 88, of Florham Park, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her children on March 13, 2018. Alice was born in Elizabeth and has been a resident of Florham Park since 1957. She was an active member of the community, with her favorites being tennis and bridge.
Beloved wife of 52 years to the late Robert Dickert. Devoted mother of Marlene Rawson (Joel), Peg Strickler (Scott), Liz Stiner (George), Nancy Wildrick (Bob), Aly Giglio (Raphael), Bob Dickert (Erin), Trish Tribelhorn (Tyler). Cherished grandmother of Brian, Michael, Matthew, Erin, Zachary, Wyatt, Emma, Evie, Christian, Austin, Kyle, Phoebe and Abby. Proud great-grandmother of Landon. Also survived by her brother; Joseph Tierney and sisters; Ann Faxon, Margaret Africano and Carol Tierney.
Visitation at the Leonardis Memorial Home 210 Ridgedale Ave. Florham Park on Friday from 4-8pm. Funeral on Saturday assembling at the funeral home at 9am followed by a mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Church in Florham Park at 10am. Interment at St. Vincent’s Cemetery in Madison.
